On March 31, 2009, the Columbus Dispatch printed Ohio Right to Life's response to a Dispatch editorial that criticized Ohio’s law which requires that the abortion drug RU-486 only be provided in accordance with federal Food and Drug Administration guidelines. The editorial had focused on Planned Parenthood’s arguments that “off-label” use of the drug had proved safe.
